Overview
This R/C kit recreates a Tamiya popular 1980’s R/C comic car famously known as the Saint Dragon. The limited-edition recreation is mounted on the same chassis as the Fire Dragon, which is a capable 4WD off-road machine!
Efficient Shaft-Driven 4WD!
The Saint Dragon (2021) chassis features a shaft-driven 4WD drivetrain married to a lightweight and tough bathtub frame that employs front and rear gearboxes with the suspension attached to them; that suspension utilizes upper "I" and lower "H" arms, and offers a ground-hugging fun drive experience. Both gearboxes house a gear differential, and are compact to ensure plentiful ground clearance. The kit also features an aluminum motor mount for superior heat dissipation.
Pre-cut Body
The flowing, dynamic body lines are a real treat; it is pre-painted in white, and pre-cut, just requiring application of stickers.
Bathtub Frame
A durable, easy-maintenance layout employs a bathtub frame with front and rear gearboxes screw-attached to it.
Front Suspension
Double-wishbone suspension features upper "I" and lower "H" arms, and employs a front stabilizer to minimize roll when cornering.
CVA Oil Shocks
CVA oil dampers give exemplary shock absorption that translates into a highly controllable drive.
Motor Mount
An aluminum motor mount not only boosts the model's rigidity, it also helps with motor heat dissipation.
Rear Suspension
CVA oil damper-fitted rear double wishbone suspension.
Tires & Wheels
Dish wheels attract less mud when driving; they are paired with grippy spike tires.
Driver Figure
The polycarbonate chassis cover includes a depiction of driver arms. The helmet is a separate part.
